The Poetry of You is a 12- and 24-week container of depth work to deepen your relationship with self, your internal guidance system and magick. I use a unique synthesis of tarot, coaching, storytelling and intuitive downloads to hold an intimate and vulnerable space for you to explore your depths.

Now let me take you deeper into The Poetry of You, starting with The Depth Year I took in 2022.

In my depth year…

I learned to slow down and appreciate what happens at that radically different pace. Then I fell in love with stillness (mostly against my will!) months after I was told: be still and let me love you where you are.

I learned to return to myself and be with my messiness. I surrendered into vulnerability — first with myself and then with those I trusted. I discovered honesty did not destroy the world.

I learned to find out what mattered. How to prioritise what gave my life greatest meaning and let that define a life of design (rather than one of reaction).

I practiced getting out of my way to clearly articulate what I wanted. Then I stepped up for it to unfolded in unexpected ways. Miracles breathed because self sabotage no longer stole the oxygen.

I took stock of my strengths and called in experts where I didn’t have the skill set to help myself. This amplified my wellness and my clarity.

I began to synthesise my multi-passionate skillset into something singular and unique. Then I served a third apprenticeship, solidifying what had emerged.

A depth year wasn’t a walk in the park though — far from it.

I faced hauntings to free myself from things I’d let define me since childhood.

I let go of things I wanted to keep close, even when they were temporary in nature. Especially when it broke my heart.

I said yes to what required more focus, effort and willingness than I’d ever harnessed, and kept going when giving up was easier.

I said yes to experiences which blew me apart. I trusted in “becoming beyond chronology” and changed in ways I’m still settling into.

The biggest impact though … the depth year let me see the depth in my work, and how it was integral to all I offered clients.

The depth year let me claim “depth worker” as a holistic way of speaking to all I do in session. A way of consolidating the energy of my multi-passionate soul. Of synthesising the four pillars of my work.

I did so much of my early depth work alone, until I experienced working alongside someone, as as passionate and committed to my wellness, redefinition and evolution as I was.

That’s what I want for every one of my clients.

My skill as a depth worker is creating a safe container for client vulnerability, so you can go deep into yourself and your life.
